Why are you doing this?

Ideas are a passion of mine. For nine years, I kept an idea journal. Still do. Anything and everything interesting that came to mind I wrote down. One day, I looked at everything and realized I’ve pursued very few of them. The rest was nothing short of an idea mess (hence the name). The reason I started this blog was because I felt an obligation to start putting my ideas out there, just to see where they can go with the right people behind them. After all, they weren’t doing any good just sitting on my computer.

Are your ideas for sale?

Yes and no. Mostly, I want to see these come to life. Some of them I have and/or am pursuing on some level. Other ideas are there for the taking because I just don’t have time to pursue everything. The best thing to do is to get in touch with me by email or fill out the form below. Let me know what you have in mind. If it’s an idea I’m not pursuing, I’ll even help you if I can.

I like one of your ideas and want to do something with it. What should I do?

First of all, I’m flattered you like something. I don’t post anything that I don’t think at least has potential. If you found one you like and feel you have the resources, talent or connections to bring it to market, please get in touch with me by email or fill out the form below. I may be doing something with it already but if not, we’ll set up an agreement and I’ll help where I can.

Where do your ideas come from?

Good question. Sometimes I just get a random idea out of the blue. Other times there is a problem that catches my eye and intrigues me until I discover a solution. Generally, my ideas start when I identify a problem or a need.

Are they copyrighted?

All content on my site is copyrighted. Are the ideas patented? No. I protect where and how I can, but I understand that the same idea can come to multiple people- I certainly don’t hold the monopoly. I’m just a guy with lots of ideas hoping to make something of some of them and work with like-minded people for the rest.

What do you plan to do with all your ideas?

I pursue my favorites as time permits. I’m a father of five, working full time and involved in my church and community. To say the least, there’s always something to do and not enough hours in the day. But with your help, we can bring more of them to life. I plan to release 1,000 of them.

Have you brought any of them to market?

Yes I have. But not all my ideas are product ideas. Many of them are general business, marketing or family ideas, many of which I have pursued to varying degrees. I also have several book manuscripts I’m trying to get published.
